About us

Lido is a liquid staking solution for blockchains backed by industry-leading staking providers. Lido lets users stake their ETH and other proof of stake assets - without locking assets or maintaining infrastructure - whilst participating in on-chain activities, e.g. lending.
Lido attempts to solve the problems associated with initial ETH 2.0 staking - illiquidity, immovability and accessibility - making staked ETH liquid and allowing for participation with any amount of ETH to improve the security of the Ethereum network.

Responsibilities

In order to manage and drive the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback, offer and close you will:
  1. Work with company leadership and department heads to execute strategy of attracting and hiring top talent.
  1. Create standards and streamline recruiting life-cycle from initial lead generation through the offer stage and beyond.
  1. Craft an exceptional candidate experience and recruiting process - everything from creating job descriptions to onboarding and align internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for the candidates.

Qualifications

  1. Experience sourcing from a world-wide pool of executive talent.
  1. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close new candidates.
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  1. Experience with Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technologies would be an advantage.
